Chambermaid/Housekeeper
Housekeeper duties include but are not limited to: ensuring rooms are cleaned to The Edith standard, cleaning all parts of rooms bathrooms and sink areas, dusting, bed making,
Front Desk
Front Desk duties include but are not limited to: answering all phone calls, emails and other types of communication, learning our reservation system in order to: make reservations, check guests in and out, process card/cash payments, build daily housekeeping lists, and other specific tasks as assigned. Set up, maintain and replenish breakfast food items, coffee and other items as needed for breakfast, wash dishes and restock any items as needed in the lobby, clean and constantly maintain the lobby, kitchen and offices, communicate any relevant information from guests or management to other team members, and assist guests. Employees also need to help sort, wash, dry and fold laundry throughout their workday in order to keep laundry continually going. You may be asked to perform tasks outside of your job description.
This role requires proficient English language skills, both written and verbal.
